Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Each basket is customised with the name and icon chosen by the customer and cannot be resold once produced. Please ensure that all personalisation details are correct before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our baskets are custom personalised products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods. Since our products are personalised specifically for each customer, they are exempt from the EU cooling-off return rule unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
