Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Because our baskets are personalised items, each order is prepared and customised before being shipped. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are typically:

United Kingdom: 5–11 business days
Europe: 6–10 business days
International: 10–17 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, or customs processing.


Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Other factors outside our control


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can attempt to update it before shipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages
